Autumn has truly begun!!

The warm days are over, the days are getting shorter, winter coats—or rather, raincoats—are being pulled out of the closet again, the clock has been set back... Yep... autumn has really begun!

In a way, I love cocooning. Cozying up on the couch with the family, candles lit, a cup of coffee... Wonderful! But it's also a real pitfall for me, as I sometimes need to give myself a good kick in the pants to get out the door. Too much time indoors can really give me the winter blues.

Up until Christmas, it's always busy, and I don't have much time to think, but in January/February, when the days are so short, I sometimes find it really challenging.

What helps is that I have the best job in the world, and your positive and enthusiastic messages and reviews give me so much energy. I'm also busy preparing for the coming period. The monthly planner for 2025 is in the making, and my head is overflowing with ideas, which I'll definitely keep you updated on.

Now, to face the coming months with good planning, because my schedule for November and December is already packed with appointments.

I've started losing the pregnancy kilos, which will hopefully give me more energy, by watching my diet and weight. This also includes moving more. So I've put the weight tracker, meal plan, and self-care checklist back in my planner. These trackers really help me stay on track and keep me focused.
